Your responsibilities will include:
- Review data reports and complete on-site inspections to write all or portions of project reports/estimates
- Prepare cost proposals/estimates and required reports
- Strong leadership qualities to oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation
- Supervise onsite personnel and/or subcontractors
- Budget resources for assigned projects, negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers
- Able to simultaneously manage multiple projects of various sizes and scopes
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to the original plans and specifications
- Work closely with other departments to ensure timely customer service
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
- Previous experience with insurance claims and managed repair assignments
- 3-5 years experience writing repair/remodel estimates
- Must understand Project Scheduling
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Working knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Must have Xactimate experience writing Water, Fire, Mold, and Rebuild estimates
